Return Policy – Tuning3D

⏱️ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at [ tuning3d@seznam.cz ].
Once the order has been shipped, the return conditions below apply.


🔁 Returns After Shipping

Customers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving a reason.

  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged and unused condition.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The product refund will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The return address will be provided upon agreement via email.


📦 Damaged During Shipping

If the item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the packaging and the product.

  • Damage must be reported to the shipping company by both the customer and us in order to process a claim.

  • If the claim is accepted, we will send a replacement product free of charge, but the customer will cover the new shipping fee.

We’ll guide you through the claims process with the shipping carrier – just get in touch as soon as possible.


🛠️ Claims and Complaints

If there’s an issue not caused by shipping, such as a defect or mistake on our side, please contact us with a detailed description and photos.

  • In most cases, we offer a direct replacement of the product.

  • Refunds are only possible if it is clearly proven that the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or a design flaw.

  • If the claim is accepted, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
