⏱️ Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at [ tuning3d@seznam.cz ].
Once the order has been shipped, the return conditions below apply.
🔁 Returns After Shipping
Customers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving a reason.

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged and unused condition.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The product refund will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The return address will be provided upon agreement via email.
📦 Damaged During Shipping
If the item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the packaging and the product.

Damage must be reported to the shipping company by both the customer and us in order to process a claim.

If the claim is accepted, we will send a replacement product free of charge, but the customer will cover the new shipping fee.
We’ll guide you through the claims process with the shipping carrier – just get in touch as soon as possible.
🛠️ Claims and Complaints
If there’s an issue not caused by shipping, such as a defect or mistake on our side, please contact us with a detailed description and photos.

In most cases, we offer a direct replacement of the product.

Refunds are only possible if it is clearly proven that the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or a design flaw.

If the claim is accepted, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
